Solution

The server vendor licenses and deploys the Maestro platform on their on-premise servers, with the ability to burst-out to public clouds and supercomputers. They use this for servers that are operated by them, and they also re-sell Maestro licenses to their customers, who now benefit from hybrid cloud adoption.
